The rules and guidelines for using BizLo platform

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the BizLo platform. By using BizLo, you agree to comply with these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
We've written these terms to be as clear and straightforward as possible. However, they are legal documents and contain important information about your rights and obligations.

By accessing or using BizLo, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing the platform.
These terms apply to all users of BizLo, including vendors, customers, and visitors. Different user types may have additional terms specific to their role.
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By registering, you represent that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these terms.
You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account information.
Vendors must provide accurate and truthful information about their businesses, products, and services. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date.
All product listings must be accurate, legal, and comply with applicable laws. You may not list prohibited items including illegal goods, counterfeit products, or items that violate intellectual property rights.
Vendors are responsible for fulfilling orders in a timely manner, maintaining product quality, and providing customer service. Failure to do so may result in account suspension.
You are responsible for all taxes related to your business activities on BizLo, including income tax, GST, and any other applicable taxes. You must comply with all local, state, and national laws.
You may not use BizLo to engage in illegal activities, fraud, harassment, or spam. You may not attempt to circumvent our security measures or interfere with the proper functioning of the platform.
Prohibited activities include but are not limited to: posting false or misleading information, impersonating others, scraping or data mining, distributing malware, manipulating reviews or ratings, and engaging in price manipulation.
Vendors may not sell prohibited items including weapons, drugs, illegal services, stolen goods, or items that violate intellectual property rights.
BizLo charges a commission on transactions processed through the platform. Current fee structure is available on our pricing page. We reserve the right to modify fees with 30 days notice.
Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways. We do not store full payment card information. Refunds and chargebacks are handled according to our refund policy.
Vendor payouts are processed according to our standard schedule. Delays may occur for verification or security purposes. We reserve the right to hold funds in cases of suspected fraud or policy violations.
You may close your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. Closure does not relieve you of obligations incurred before termination.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or harm other users. We may also terminate accounts that remain inactive for extended periods.
Upon termination, your right to use BizLo ceases immediately. We may retain certain information for legal or operational purposes. Outstanding payments will be processed according to our standard schedule.
BizLo is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We may modify or discontinue features at any time.
Vendor listings, product information, and user-generated content are the responsibility of those who provide them. We do not endorse, guarantee, or verify the accuracy of third-party content.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BizLo and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform.
Our total liability for any claims arising from these terms or your use of BizLo shall not exceed the amount of fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim, or ₹10,000, whichever is less.
The BizLo platform, including its design, code, text, graphics, and functionality, is owned by BizLo and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute our content without permission.
You retain ownership of content you upload to BizLo, but you grant us a license to use, display, and distribute that content as necessary to operate the platform. You represent that you have the right to grant this license.
If you believe content on BizLo infringes your copyright, please contact us with details of the alleged infringement. We will investigate and take appropriate action.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of BizLo shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India.
We encourage you to contact us first to resolve any disputes informally. If informal resolution is not possible, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with Indian arbitration law.
You agree to resolve disputes individually and waive any right to participate in class actions or class arbitrations.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. When we make significant changes, we will notify you by email or through a prominent notice on the platform at least 30 days before the changes take effect.
Your continued use of BizLo after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you should discontinue using the platform.
